How did I reach the place I am in?
Over 7 years in managerial positions in an international corporation and another 8 in several domestic companies are experiences that today help me support my clients in solving their problems. The knowledge that I gained during two fields of study and over 10 years of my own business turn into practical tips and turning theory into practice.
Was it a straight path? Not at all! It was steep, bumpy, full of stones.
Many times I started from scratch, I struggled to master in some area, then in a while I started again to explore another area.
Like when I left Szczecin to start working in the Polish branch of the American corporation in Poznań. Build a reporting system and extensive internal control system, and later implement the same solutions in other branches in Central and Eastern Europe.
Like when I suddenly decided to go abroad to manage the shared services center of that corporation.
Like when, after returning from abroad, having a well-organized life and stable position of the European SOx controller, I decided to start a completely new study in such a non-business field as psychology.
Like when, a few years later, I left a job for large corporations to establish my own consulting and advisory company.
All those meanders led me to the place where I am today. They gave me a lot of experience and lessons that I can share with entrepreneurs today.

I help small business owners to bring harmony to their business. In two ways.
Firstly, in a small company, where the owner runs from morning to evening, and still has the feeling that he does not control what is happening. That something important escapes him and his company stands still.

Secondly - there are also owners of slightly larger businesses who inevitably feel that the more their company grows, the harder it is to manage it.
